We will partner with you to provide part-time CFO Office functions including performance management, budgeting & forecasting, management reporting and analytics, and strategic project support.

David Smith is the Founder and Managing Partner. He is an experienced thought leader and financial modeling consultant who has been involved in various aspects of a global finance organization. His experience includes:

  • Leading multiple strategic projects that have moved organizations forward
  • Promoting ideas to modernize processes and systems that add business value
  • Effectively collaborating with different groups to build relationships and gain consensus
  • Working with others on multi-faceted problems in order to find solutions and facilitate decisions
  • Managing and analyzing data for both management and statutory purposes
  • Participated as a speaker at a number of conferences and participated in customer advisory boards with vendors.
